An important decision from 2014. Crown Castle sued the City of Calabasas attempting to overturn their comprehensive wireless ordinance. Crown Castle lost on virtually every count, with the sole exception of radio frequency emission monitoring. Required reading for anyone interested in municipal rights when regulating wireless facilities.
Note that this is a California state court decision, and it primarily concerns state law (California Public Utility Code section 7901 and 7901.1) regarding wireless facility regulation.
